The French football federation is looking for stadiums to replace the Stade de France during the 2023-2024 season. He will indeed be unavailable due to the preparation for the Paris 2024 Olympics. Perhaps a chance for the city of Montpellier to receive the French football team.

Unavailable during the 2023-2024 season with the preparation for the 2024 Paris Olympics, the Stade de France will be replaced. The FFF is looking for stadiums to welcome its teams of France men, women and hopes.

The consultation was launched to counter the absence of the stadium located in Saint-Denis. He will welcome the next rugby world cup in september and october 2023.

Before preparing for the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games which will take place during the summer of 2024 (July 26 to August 11 for the Olympic Games, and August 28 to September 8 for the Paralympics).

An opportunity for the Mosson stadium to host the French team?

This consultation is aimed at the elected representatives of the territories, the presidents and general managers of the clubs. Interested stadiums have until 12 avril to apply.

Stadiums must have a capacity of at least 25,000 people, and have a lawn dimension of 105 x 68 meters. The MHSC stadium perfectly meets its criteria, and could be positioned to accommodate the finalists of the last world cup.

The enclosure of the Mosson must however respect strict specifications in terms of ticketing and hospitality.

The Blues will play six games during this period. The return match against Ireland for the Euro 2024 qualifiers which will take place on September 7, 2023, as well as five friendly matches which will run from October 2023 to June 2024.
